福建某铁矿选铁工艺流程考查

(Summary description)   通过该铁矿选矿厂一段溢流、二段溢流、预选尾矿、选铁尾矿、铁精矿、一磁精矿、二磁精矿、二段沉砂等11个选厂流程产品的详细工艺矿物学考查,发现了现场铁精矿品位低于65%存在的矿物学影响因素,如下所示。

        1、二段旋流器分级:溢流样中磁铁矿单体解离度83.2%,沉砂样中磁铁矿单体解离度92%,旋流器出现严重“反富集”现象。

        2、铁精矿:磁铁矿含量84.7%;硅酸盐

   通过该铁矿选矿厂一段溢流、二段溢流、预选尾矿、选铁尾矿、铁精矿、一磁精矿、二磁精矿、二段沉砂等11个选厂流程产品的详细工艺矿物学考查,发现了现场铁精矿品位低于65%存在的矿物学影响因素,如下所示。

        1、二段旋流器分级:溢流样中磁铁矿单体解离度83.2%,沉砂样中磁铁矿单体解离度92%,旋流器出现严重“反富集”现象。

        2、铁精矿:磁铁矿含量84.7%;硅酸盐矿物总含量14.1%;碳酸盐矿物总含量0.4%。铁精矿中脉石主要是通过与磁铁矿连生的形式进入铁精矿,其次是含量30.5%的脉石单体,这两部分脉石是影响铁精矿品位偏低的主要原因。说明磁选柱精选脱除脉石连生体及单体效果较差。

针对问题提出的建议:

      1、解决旋流器“反富集”现象,提高二段旋流器溢流磁铁矿的解离度;

      2、铁精矿中的脉石连生体及单体夹杂较多,需提高二段溢流样中磁铁矿的解离度,减少脉石进入,同时查找磁选柱精选效果差的原因,从而提高铁精矿品位。

选厂整改效果:

       2020年初选厂根据流程考查样品工艺矿物学的意见,已对整个工艺流程进行调整,并于20202-3月份开展淘洗磁选机代替磁选柱精选作业的工业试验,铁精矿含铁品位从63%提高至65%以上。说明原工艺磁选柱脱除脉石效果差,导致铁精矿品位一直难以达到65%以上。
