针对矿山废水水量大、水质复杂,传统的化学水处理工艺具有渣量大,存在渣的二次污染的风险,通过技术的引进、吸收、消化、再创新,成功实现了膜技术在矿山废水中有价资源的回收利用,有利于矿山循环经济的发展。技术成果成功的应用于紫金山330硐坑水中有价铜资源的回收中,建立了一套4000m3/d的膜处理系统。年回收有价铜1500万以上,每年可以节约石灰成本500~600万,节约库容成本250万元,经济、社会效益非常可观,为国内外其它类似矿山的废水综合利用和开发提供重要借鉴和示范意义。获得2013年中国黄金协会科学技术进步奖一等奖。
