To solve the problem of low grinding efficiency of Pb-Zn middlings, Pb-Zn particles unliberated, poor recovery, the project developed a solution of selective grinding of Pb-Zn middlings aligning with application of internally developed depressant. This solution not only achieves an efficient copper recovery from Pb concentrate, but also avoids environmental issue resulting from using traditional toxic depressant. This project generates an annual increase in revenue more than 40 million Yuan.
