The process successfully applied SMBS under low alkali condition in copper flotation to depress zinc and ultra-fine grinding technology on Cu/Zn coarse concentrate to increase separation efficiency. With the SMBS and ultrafine grinding technology, the process can realize the collaborative recovery of copper, zinc, gold and silver from Eritrea's Bisha zinc polymetallic deposit under ultra-high sulfur content. The field service team optimized the grinding and flotation system, developed the process of "partial pulp flotation and then combining middling to recover copper ", improved the resource utilization rate and recovery, further solved the problems of high ion content in mineral grain boundaries, and thus provided a new  approach for the flotation of copper-zinc ore. The project has generated an increase of profit about  $4.7 million for company in 2020.
