1.Metallurgy Division offer:
- Hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical tests for any types of ores;
- Hydrometallurgical processing technology of any refractory concentrates;
- Pyrometallurgical treatment of non-ferrous metal concentrates;
- Pyrometallurgical treatment to enrich precious metals in smelting process
- Cyanide containing flows detoxification, cyanide regeneration and non-ferrous metal recovery from solution;
- Cu, Zn and other metals recovery from enriched solutions (SX-EW);
- Autoclave oxidation of any mineral products: gold containing ores and concentrates, sulfides etc.;
- Detoxification and disposal of arsenic bearing products;
- Development of flowsheets for metallurgical treatment as well as recommendations for Design Criteria;
2. Testworks
（1）Pyrometallurgy:
- Optimization of Cu smelting slag and Cu recovery from slag;
- Extraction and recovery of rare precious metals;
- Pre-oxidation treatment of As-bearing Au concentrates；
- Cu/Zn/Mo concentrates roasting;
- Reduction roasting of zinc oxide concentrates;
- Defluorination & dechlorination of zinc oxide fumes；
- Roasting & smelting of mineral waste and semiconductor waste
（2）Hydrometallurgy:
- Bench-scale and pilot plant tests of leaching, SX and EW;
- Cyanidation tests on Au and Ag-containing minerals;
- Bio-heap leaching of sulfide minerals (in columns of 2 M high and Ø30 cm);
- Precious metals refining
- Tests for metallurgical products and processing tails (cyanide destruction, As detoxification and consolidation etc.);
