Application of ultrafine grinding technology on complex zinc polymetallic ore
The zinc polymetallic ore of Russia Longxing Co., Ltd. is difficult in flotation and separation due to complex dissemination of Cu, Pb and Zn. This project proposed a new process using a new type of ultra-fine grinding mill. Industrial commissioning and operation of this new process was successfully carried out to improve metal recovery. The project is expected to increase a profit of 81.677 million Yuan per year in zinc polymetallic mine and a profit of 34.685 million Yuan per year in Cu-Zn mine for the company. This project offers a new possible approach for the flotation separation of refractory polymetallic ore.
